Drehstrom-Halbleiterrelais zur Ansteuerung von Elektro-Heizregistern mit Schwingungspaketsteuerung und Nulldurchgangssch. Einsatz und Anschluss nach Spannung und Leistungsaufnahme der Heizregister, siehe Blatt AN B640. Ansteuerung und Umsetzung des SPS-Steuersignals auf 24V PWM mit dem Gerät TRL-DC, siehe Blatt B641. Bei der Lastdimensionierung ist die Umgebungstemperatur sowie auf eine gute Wärmeabfuhr an den Kühlkörpern zu beachten. Zur Vermeidung von gegenseitigem Aufheizen sollte der Abstand zwischen den Halbleiterrelais ca. 10-20mm betragen.
