Der MLSL123S50 ist ein smarter Profilsensor speziell für den Einsatz in Gesenkbiegemaschinen. Dank der integrierten uniVision Software zur Auswertung der Profildaten erkennt er selbstständig das Blech und ermittelt den gebogenen Winkel hochgenau. Der Winkel kann aufgrund der Vorkonfiguration des Sensors direkt an die Steuerung der Biegemaschine übertragen werden und benötigt dadurch keine weitere Einstellung am Sensor oder der integrierten Auswertesoftware. Die hohe Profilqualität des Sensors und die robuste Algorithmik ermöglichen eine stabile Winkelmessung auf nahezu jeder Oberfläche.
