Der Taupunktsensor erfasst die Betauung von Rohren und Geräten an Klimaanlagen. Die LED an der Front zeigt Betrieb bzw. Alarm an. Die Widerstandsänderung des Sensors wird über einen einstellbaren Schwellwert als Umschaltkontakt ausgegeben. Ist der eingestellte Schwellwert des Sensors erreicht, oder die 230V Versorgung fällt aus, so öffnet der Kontakt 5-6. Das Gerät darf nicht als sicherheitsrelevante Einrichtung verwendet werden. Der Sensor sollte an der empfindlichsten Stelle montiert werden. Bei der Montage ist auf guten thermischen Kontakt des Trägerbleches zum Messmedium zu achten, Montage siehe Blatt AN B700.
